There cannot be a deity outside of your body that is not within your body, as all is vibrating or emanating energy. Thus, these vibrations flow through your body as well as around it and the vibrations of the Deity include every atom of your whole body as well as the whole mass of the Universe. Thus, you put God everywhere, before all, within all, around all, enveloping all, and enfolding all. There is not an atomic space that does not have the emanating energy of Light and Life flowing through it.

The “Fall” is the error made in forgetting that we are spiritual energetic beings at our core versus purely material entities living in a static, disconnected material reality. Most Mystics meditate and strive for deep mindfulness for this reason, to still the mind, to minimize the ego-chatter, so that they can realize and connect with the Divine Source within (Passive Meditation).

Mystic Insights No. 11 – If You Want Something, Do More of It

In times of stress, we humans have a tendency to do the opposite of what would actually get us closer to our goal. If we are frustrated in our desire for peace in the world, we become agitated (un-peaceful) in our attempt to obtain peace. In other words, we end up contributing and adding to the thing we are looking to eradicate.

A much more effective means to grow something, is to do more of it. So, if peace is what you seek, then you would become more peaceful and quiet, and raise your energetic state to that of which you desire.
